Hi, I’m Christina, the founder of Dessert Daily. Desserts are my hobby, and this site is where I share them. I live in Europe with my husband Alex, and every recipe here is tested in our own kitchen before it’s published. Many of them you can also watch step by step on our YouTube channel.
How Dessert Daily started
I learned to bake from my grandmother. I spent every summer vacation with her – three whole months, every year. The first Dessert Daily recipes went up in January 2025: Blueberry Cheesecake Cookies, Snickerdoodle Cookies and Oatmeal Raisin Cookies. Cookies are still the biggest part of the site.
What you’ll find here
Dessert Daily now has more than 100 recipes, sorted into three main groups:
- Cookies – from classic snickerdoodles and salted caramel chocolate chip cookies to raspberry cheesecake thumbprints and almond flour cookies.
- No-Bake Desserts – treats that set in the fridge or freezer instead of the oven, like banana fudge, pumpkin cheesecake mousse and homemade cookies and cream ice cream.
- Healthy Desserts – sweets with simpler or lighter ingredients, like sweet potato brownies, avocado chocolate mousse and applesauce oatmeal cookies.

- No-Bake Peanut Butter Haystacks – an old-fashioned treat that needs no oven at all.
- 3-Ingredient Banana Fudge – naturally sweet and no-bake.

How a recipe gets on the site
- We make the recipe in our kitchen and test it.
- AI helps with the first draft of the written post.
- We read and edit every post, so the ingredients, amounts and steps match what we did in the kitchen.
- Many recipes also get a step-by-step video on our YouTube channel.
A few things about me
- My favorite dessert is crêpes.
- Weddings are my other hobby. Alex and I got married in 2022, and together we also run HandsomeWedding, our wedding site.
